What size companies do you work with? +

We work with mid-market companies ($10M–$500M revenue), family-owned enterprises, growth-stage ventures, and larger organizations seeking a boutique consulting approach. We do not typically work with micro-businesses or Fortune 100 companies who require the scale of national firms.

How long does a typical engagement last? +

Project engagements typically run 3–9 months depending on scope and complexity. Retained advisory relationships are ongoing by design. We also offer focused diagnostic engagements of 4–6 weeks for organizations that want a strategic assessment before committing to a full project.

Do you work outside Indiana? +

Yes — while Indianapolis is our home base, we serve clients across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and beyond. We travel as needed for key stakeholder meetings and strategy sessions, and conduct substantial engagement work remotely with strong results.

What does a discovery call look like? +

A 45–60 minute conversation where we listen first. We want to understand your situation, your strategic challenges, what you've tried, and where you want to be. At the end, we'll give you an honest assessment of how we might help — or whether a different type of resource would serve you better.

How do you price your engagements? +

We offer fixed-fee project engagements with clearly defined scope and deliverables — no open-ended billing. Retained advisory relationships are priced as monthly retainers. We discuss pricing transparently after the discovery call once we understand what you actually need.
